All glory to God, for He makes all things good in His own time, In 2017, I had the singular honor and privilege to serve my people as the District Chief Executive for Shai-Osudoku District Assembly.

Having successfully come to the end of my tenure of office, I want to start off by thanking H.E, the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Minister for Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development, Hon. Dan Botwe, the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Hon. Henry Quartey, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives in the Greater Accra Region, Traditional leaders in Shai and Osudoku Traditional areas, Hon. Presiding Member and Assembly Members (SODA), DISEC Members, Local Council of Churches, Imams and the entire Moslem community, the District Co-ordinating Director, Heads of Department / Unit and the entire staff of the Shai-Osudoku District Assembly, the NPP Regional and Constituency Executives and the entire people of Shai-Osudoku for your support, cooperation and collaborative effort in extending the frontiers of development in the District.

Despite a number of challenges, it is indeed an open secret that we have a lot of success stories as far as my stewardship as a District Chief Executive is concerned which without your support, the story would have been told differently.

I am therefore indebted to you for your advice, recommendations, suggestions, constructive criticisms and even the attacks on my personality in some cases.

I must state that all these contributed immensely in moulding me as a person and as the District Chief Executive of our dear District.

Kindly permit me to state that, I have really enjoyed serving and also working with all of you, however, during the course of my duty, if I offended anyone either knowingly or unknowingly, may I use this opportunity to sincerely apologize to such people.

I further wish to state that, my doors are still opened for any support I could still offer to any individual or towards the advancement of our District and the New Patriotic Party.

On this note, I solemnly pledge to give my all to the incoming District Chief Executive of our District the needed support he may require from me either during the day/night in the discharge of his duties.
